This is a two-step form: record the cash you took out right away, then come back an hour or two later -- once you have the vendor's invoice and any change -- to settle up. You don't need to do both at the same time.

Cash in -- client paid

Log cash a client paid (e.g. toward a reservation) that's going into the petty cash box instead of the till or bank deposit. An admin will review this, and will update the reservation's outstanding balance in HQ once they do.
